Jynx, Snow & One Bada** girl!!

Bostyn is SO in love with Jynx! She gets excited everytime she sees him and always wants to play on the floor with him.

It snowed!!! I was overly excited one morning when I found that it had snowed over night! I absolutely LOVE the snow.. especially when it snows in St. George.

I am in love with this photo of Bostyn. She looks like such a Bada**. .. haha. I think she was probably wondering, "What the hell, mom? Give me my food and put the camera down!"

Week of Wonder

I have alot to catch up on!! So bare with me.. We dedicated Bostyn at our church the Sunday before Thanksgiving. It was so wonderful because Kevin's family was able to be there as well as my parents and my brother's family. We truly felt blessed to have so much support. Here are some pictures of that day: This year for Thanksgiving we went up to my parent's cabin. There wasn't much snow up there, but it sure was cold!! It was nice to spend time with my parent's, though. Here are a few pictures we took up there... of course most of them are of Bostyn! (Haha)

Bostyn is finally getting some hair!! We had SO much fun in the bath one night that I just HAD to snap some photos!
This last one is my favorite. CHEESE! Haha.. She is too much fun.

So Bostyn is working on being more mobile... It's taking a little longer for her, but she's getting there. She can now pull herself up to a standing position. Her legs are still stiff, but they are getting better. She also got a walker from her Papa (my dad). She really likes it! The funny thing is she moves backwards.. oh well, as long as she's moving! Since Bostyn is getting more mobile, she is enjoying the jumper her noni got her months ago. Here's a video of her enjoying this:

Bostyn Laughing

Bostyn and I were playing yesterday afternoon and I got her laughing pretty good. Kevin wasn't home, so you can't see her face very well.

Clap Your Hands

I have been clapping Bostyn's hands together for weeks and finally yesterday she did it on her own!! I was so proud of her. We were watching a basketball game on TV last night and she saw the people clapping and she started clapping.. haha.. I love it! Here's a lil' video of her clapping:

October Fun

I haven't been on our blog since Kevin got home, so I thought I'd update all of you on what's been going on.

Auntie Jamie got Bostyn this cute Halloween outfit and I just couldn't resist taking pictures!

We just got back from visiting Kevin's family in Brawely. We surprised Kevin's little sister.. it was so nice to see Bostyn with her nani, auntie cody, and papa! It is so hard not to be close to them, but we do our best to make it work.

Cody had a volleyball tourney on Saturday and did really well, but lost in the semi finals. Hopefully we'll be able to see her play again.

Speaking of sports.. It's football season!! We are a family who loves football.. but of course Kevin likes the San Diego Chargers and I like Indianapollis Colts. We are quite the rivals! haha.. Sundays are go to church at 9am and then it's football time!! Woo Woo!! Here's a picture of Kevin, Bostyn, and Aunt Jamie in their Charger gear.

It's getting closer and closer to Bostyn' 1st birthday and I'm SO excited!! I got her invitations done last week and am going to get decorations this weekend or next. I'm not sure what we're going to do, but I can't wait to get all dressed up!! I hope some of the parents will dress up, but I doubt it... party poopers! haha.. I know you'd dress up, Leah!!! (but you live too far away) :(

Hope all of you are doing well. We are enjoying have our family together and are keeping busy. I swear Bostyn gets funner and funner everyday! We are working on crawling, but she doesn't like her belly too much so she scoots on her back and kinda crawls backwards when I put her up on her knees. haha.. What a turkey!

I almost forgot to tell all of you!!! Bostyn got her first tooth!! Kevin went to give her a lick of a chip and she bit it! haha.. We were going crazy! She is getting SO big!! I don't know what I'm going to do when she starts walking and talkin'.. just crazy.

Daddy's Home!!

Kevin got home Wednesday morning and Bostyn was so baffled looking at him. She has heard only his voice on the phone for the past 3 months and didn't match his face with the voice.. She was so excited, though. It truly is an amazing feeling to have our family together..

Weekend with Girls!!

This weekend my mom, Bostyn, Ellee, Gigi, and I went up to the cabin together. We had the girls ALL weekend!! It was SO much fun.. what it would be like with 3 girls.. haha.. Here are some pictures of our girls weekend.


Friday night a storm came through and I got this great picture of the rain coming off the roof. The thunder was SO loud and the lightning was amazing..

I don't know why I didn't get any pictures of us outside, but we DID go outside.. haha. We went on a few strolls and Ellee would push Bostyn in the stroller. I took Ellee on a four wheeler ride while my dad took Gigi. Ellee LOVES to go fast.. oh my goodness!! She pushes that thing FULL throtle!! haha.. My dad would pull up next to us and she'd say "You wanna piece of this, Papa?" Haha.. then she pushed the throtle makin' us go really fast and she'd say "That's what I'm talkin bout!" What a hoot! We also had a fire out back on Saturday night and roosted marshmellows! Gigi didn't like them too much, but Ellee couldn't get enough of them. (She didn't know why she was only allowed to have 2! haha) We had so much fun with all the girls.. wish we could do it more often!
